Group Past Life sessions are designed as a guided symbolic EXPLORATION rather than an in-depth therapeutic process. While individual sessions often focus on targeted healing and personal themes, a group experience invites participants into a meditative journey into the subconscious.

Each person's experience is unique, and many may find that insight, clarity and gentle healing can unfold organically through this guided exploration.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Be guided into a relaxed, meditative state

• Journey inward to explore the subconscious 

• Observe whatever experiences arise with curiosity and openness 

• Each person's experience is UNIQUE - some may notice vivid impressions, others subtle sensations, and some may experience simply a sense of calm

• Many people expect past life regression to be like watching a movie of their past life in their mind, while this can happen, it is NOT the case for everyone

• Your experience may NOT look or the feel the way you expect it to be, even if nothing specific arises, that is completely normal and okay. Sessions are non-refundable

• It is best to be open minded, with flexible expectations!

PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT have to be a visual person to participate; experiences may arise as sensations, feelings, intuitive impressions, knowings and hearing messages/guidance.

It will be up to you to have a quiet space with no distractions for the session. No distractions means: no other people or pets and phones/devices in do not disturb mode. Please have a comfortable space to lay down (recommended) for the session.
