PLEASE NOTE:

If you are or experience any of the following:

  • schizophrenia

  • bipolar disorder

  • active psychosis

  • severe disassociation

  • active suicidal ideation

  • take heavy sedatives

  • severe PTSD/complex trauma

  • borderline personality disorder

  • severe panic disorders

  • history of seizures

  • severe mental health conditions

- I will not be able to accommodate you for any group events.

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE:

  • You have read and understood all event details

  • You have my email saved in your contacts to ensure you receive the zoom link

  • You acknowledge that Zoom instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to the event, and you agree to review and follow them carefully

Clients are encouraged to book sessions with an open mind and realistic expectations. Results can vary from person to person and outcomes are not guaranteed.

** Completion of the CONSENT FORM is required (prior to payment) in order to proceed with your session (as well as the BOOKING FORM). If you have already completed a Group Consent Form, no action is necessary.
