For the session, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention (similar to daydreaming or meditation). In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions. You are always in control and aware.

 

It will be up to you to have a quiet space with no distractions for the session. No distractions means: no other people or pets and phones/devices in do not disturb mode. Please have a comfortable space to lay down (recommended) for the session.

PLEASE NOTE: having distractions can affect your session and your results.

With individual hypnosis, the session is tailored to you and your goals, experiences and patterns. In a group setting, it will be more general and inclusive. I will focus on common themes that a group can relate to.

While it's not as personalized, it can still be very effective because it helps you tap into shared motivation, collective energy, and a sense of community support.
