It’s also important to come with openness to how the session unfolds. You are welcome to bring specific questions or focus areas. It's helpful to approach the session without rigid expectations or needing a guarantee about who will come through or what will be addressed.

Each session is guided by what is naturally strongest and most supportive in the moment.

• No-shows/same day cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE (you are considered a no-show 10 minutes after your appointment time).
