I had Nicole make a hypnosis recording for my driving anxiety. I had an incident where I almost passed out driving due to my blood sugar crashing, so I started having panic attacks it would happen again and was scared to drive. Anyway, I did hypnosis, and I was able to drive 38 miles on the interstate 2 days ago. Yes, I was nervous, but did not have a panic attack. While driving I was able to go back to what Nicole had said on the recording and redirect my mind. I don't know how it works but the best I can explain is Nicole helps with your internal self through hypnosis, so that your external (your behaviors or whatever you're working on) will make it possible. It does take work on your part, but its very doable and I am grateful for the experience, and I have the recording to go back to if needed. Nicole is very professional and after watching her for maybe a year I knew I could trust her to help me, and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Nicole!

Wow! Ive just listened to my personalised Hypnosis recording for the first time. I can't fully describe how I feel just yet but something shifted even in a small way. I found it deeply emotional yet felt energised afterwards. After giving myself a small goal to do some household chores, my instinct would have been to sit down with some chocolate as I "needed" it but for the first time in a very long time, I didnt reach for the M & Ms. A small step today but I feel I made the right choice in the moment. Nicole recently did a personalized hypnosis recording for me, and it is extremely powerful. Her in-depth questionnaire for the hypnosis resulted in a highly customized and meaningful script that is really impactful. I really appreciate the tremendous amount of work she put into writing the script and recording it. She has the perfect voice for doing hypnosis, and it's always comforting to hear the recording. When I listen to the recording, which I do at least once a day, it feels like Nicole is speaking directly to me and lovingly advising me. It helps me visual how I want my life to be, and makes me believe that my vision is attainable. It feels like you have a wise person in your corner supporting and encouraging you. My session was for the limitations I’ve been experiencing as far as movement and mobility due, and already I see the difference that the hypnosis is making. I have been restricted for years in my movement due to pain and fear of hurting myself more. But now I feel much more confident in my body, and see that I can physically do more than I thought I could. I find Nicole to be incredibly gifted, and the work she did for me is truly life-changing. I’m grateful for incredible amount of work that she put into the recording to make it absolutely perfect for me. I look forward to working with her again!
